"I qualified as an Occupational Therapist in 1984 (Derby). Immediately post qualification, I worked for the NHS in community mental health. In 1993, I moved on to working with adults with learning disabilities in Amber Valley, Derbyshire. In 1996 I started working with children. I have always worked in community settings and have considerable experience in mainstream and special schools in the Midlands. My main area of interest is Autism as I know that Occupational Therapy can make life changing difference for children and young people who are on the Spectrum."
