The Local Therapy Company

We have worked with Occupational Therapists at The Local Therapy Company for a few years. The service has been excellent and we continue to enjoy working with them. They support both staff and pupils ensuring that we are able to provide the best opportunities to support our pupils to engage in their learning through sensory regulation. This is through advice, classroom support or pupil support in a group or 1:1 situation. The staff offer advice to support sensory regulation, giving time and support as needed. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they are always willing and able to offer support as requested including whole school CPD.

Staff are now more confident with supporting our pupils with sensory regulation and the support needed to develop gross and fine motor skills as a result of their input.
